2. Data we collect
We may receive your name, phone, email, city, state, vehicle, product, serial number, and request details when you provide them through forms or service channels.
Infrastructure and authorized tools may log IP address, date, browser, device, visited pages, referrer, and usage events. We do not store the country derived from the Vercel header for initial language selection.
3. Purposes
We use data to answer contacts, provide support, check compatibility, prepare WhatsApp messages, manage commercial relationships, prevent abuse, maintain security, comply with law, and—with consent—measure audiences and campaigns.
4. Legal bases
Processing may rely on contract or pre-contract steps, legal obligations, legal claims, legitimate interests assessed against your rights, and consent when required.
5. WhatsApp
Forms may prepare a message and open WhatsApp. Sending requires your confirmation. If you continue, Meta/WhatsApp also processes data under its own terms.
6. Sharing
We share only as needed with hosting providers, Vercel, Convex, Redis, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, WhatsApp, technical vendors, authorities, and advisers. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel load only with consent for their category.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Brazil. We use contractual safeguards and measures compatible with Brazil’s LGPD where applicable.
8. Cookies and language
Your explicit language choice is stored in the functional ONMOTUS_LOCALE cookie for one year, with SameSite=Lax, path /, and Secure in production. Analytics and marketing preferences are stored locally in your browser.
9. Retention
We retain data as needed for its purpose, legal obligations, warranty, fraud prevention, and legal claims, then delete or anonymize it unless retention is required.
10. Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability where applicable, sharing information, consent withdrawal, and review of automated decisions.
11. Exercising rights

12. Security
We use administrative and technical controls proportionate to risk. No system is completely immune; relevant incidents will be handled and reported as required.
13. Children
The site is not directed to children. If improper collection is identified, we will delete the data or establish a lawful basis.
14. External links
Third-party sites, stores, maps, videos, apps, and social networks have their own policies. Review them before providing data.
